Mickey & Richard and Ryan A. White and A.P. Pickle
The careful montage of different film materials impressed us as much as the complexity of the themes explored in this cinematic portrait. The protagonist’s emotional states fluctuate between self-hatred and self-glorification, and his life resembles a roller coaster ride. Fame and happiness alternate with cocaine addiction and body dysphoria. This film is a declaration of love to two people united in one body: Mickey and Richard.

Mysophiliac by Klovis Gaynor & The Urinal Cakes, directed by Adam Baran

With iconic drag rocker Christeene as a very naughty therapist, it delivers an extra dose of queer punk debauchery.
