The Lyonnais theater and film director Max Pécas is best-known to this day for a series of charming softcore erotic comedies which he staged in the 70s and 80s and which German TV rediscovered in the 90s. In the mid-1970s, however, in the course of the legalization of hardcore pornography and the associated porn cinema boom, Pécas also staged explicit sex scenes for two films that became classics of French porn film. In “Les mille et une perversions de Felicia”, which opens our retrospective, he picks up on the classic pornographic subject of the adolescent seductress: The couple Paul and Gabrielle are visited during the summer holidays by their niece Felicia, a sexually very open young woman who quickly seduces both partners and thus puts the young marriage to the test. The ménage à trois unfolds melodramatically, but at its core it stays a wonderfully summery and light-footed erotic intrigue.
