Palestinian-Egyptian film maker Samaher Alqadi is documenting the sexual assaults that took place in Tahrir Square in Cairo on the second anniversary of the revolution in 2013. She and her friends analyze the patriarchal sexual oppression of women but also show the growing women’s rebellion and their fight against the system of hate in a very personal journey that frames this intense documentary.
