With Jean-Claude Roy, the final two screenings of the retrospective are dedicated to another master director of French porn film. In “Les enfilées” he tells the story of a kinky couple who, in search of erotic kicks, bring various third parties into their apartment and their bed – from the gloved connoisseur who never sleeps with the same girl twice, to the inexperienced young man or the dominant lesbian, played here by sex film icon Brigitte Lahaie. Roy stages this material elegantly and with a thoroughly complex color dramaturgy in the style of a pornographic chamber play. He skilfully varies the basic motifs of the changing constellations of voyeurism and exhibitionism through constantly new cinematic stagings of the omnipresent mirrors.
