1. The completed film submission form including the preview screener must be received by the festival in Berlin by April 30th, 2025. Please use a separate entry form for each film submitted.
2. Only the following film and video formats will be accepted for screening purposes: 1920×1080, H.264, MP4 file (max. 30 Mbit/s) or DCP.
3. If the original version of the film is not in English, the film must be subtitled in English and the subtitles have to be embedded in the image. The final digital files of the films must be received by the festival no later than June 15th, 2025.
4. Films have to be submitted as online-links, which will be indicated in the film entry form. The submitted films must be picture locked. The link has to be valid until Oktober 31st 2025.
5. The festival will not send notifications to entrants whose films have not been selected for the festival. Selected short films will be screened in curated short film programmes or as supporting films to feature-length films.
6. The festival does not cover travel and accommodation costs.
7. Entrants submitting a film must assure that third parties holding ownership rights to the production agree to participate in the festival before submission for selection to the festival.
The entrant agrees and undertakes to indemnify and hold Pornfilmfestival Berlin harmless from any claims, suits, threats, demands, objections, actions, damages, losses, liabilities or other threats that may arise directly or indirectly from a third party as a result of the submission of the film to the festival.
8. DEADLINE FOR FILM SUBMISSION IS THE 30th OF APRIL 2025! Please submit in good time – the sooner the better!
