And yet we might be in a post-post-porn era, with many studios showing sex in all its diversity: not just in sexual preferences and practices, but in bodies, identities, genders, desires and forms of sexual expression. Companies and projects have put strict consent protocols in place, they host conversations and make space for performers to express themselves. Independent filmmakers are pushing the boundaries of art and explicit representation to capture their own sexual realities and to imagine new dimensions and futuristic, dystopian worlds. Between press stunts à la Bonnie Blue and Euphoria’s take on the industry, OnlyFans is now a platform even your mum knows about. But what’s the reality for porn creators today? How does this visibility affect us, and what are the consequences? How are creators dealing with the challenges that haven’t gone away: social media censorship, stigma, the lack of work safety protocols? Is navigating different platforms and opportunities a blessing or a curse? Where are the wins, what’s going well, and what’s worth celebrating? Through a post-porn lens, fissures will be opened in dominant discourses to let the intimate in: thoughts, images, and drives that become narrative material, scenes that breathe from one’s own lived experience.

The construction of the script will follow a ritual structure – not as a rigid formula, but as a symbolic map to navigate the experience. Thinking of the script as a rite allows space for every gesture: to open, to invoke, to move through, and to close. This framework not only structures the narrative, but also holds what stirs within, offering containment and meaning. Along this path, the spiritual emerges not as dogma, but as a dimension of deep connection with oneself. Thus, each scene becomes a small act of transformation: a transition where the intimate finds form, presence, and the possibility of being shared.

The workshop integrates practices of care, consent, and boundaries rooted in an intersectional transfeminist ethic, with an emphasis on avoiding the appropriation of elements from other cultures. No prior experience is required. It is an invitation to narrative oneself beyond the margins and to turn one’s own story into language.

Host: Malicia Sabina

15:30 – 16:30 Lunch Break

16:30 – 17:30 Panel

Who Owns the Future: New Technologies and the Politics of Porn

New technologies keep changing what porn is and who gets to make it. AI can build bodies that never existed, or create a replica of a real person in five minutes. People are having intimacy through a screen now, whether that’s VR or a cam show. And representation, who gets seen, who gets paid, who gets left out, is still an open question.
This panel looks at where things stand right now, and goes deep to understand who the players are and what’s at stake. How are creators and platforms adapting as new formats of content keep emerging, and what does it take to keep up without losing what made the work yours in the first place? We’ll look at what’s genuinely new, what it means to stay human in an industry moving this fast, and at what an intersectional lens can show us, what we get to understand, and where it gives us room to act.

Speakers:
Felix Henderson | OH API
Mireille Miller – Young
Michelle Masque
Salima Sawani | Clips4Sale
Catalina Bogzoiu | Streamate

16:30 – 17:45 Workshop

Double Life: Bringing Kink Into Your Existing Performer Persona

Description: What happens when you want to explore a new kinky side of your content, but you already have an established performer persona and audience?
This interactive workshop will explore how creators can introduce a new niche without losing what already makes their brand recognizable.
